TownePlace Suites By Marriott

Marriott-owned brand TownePlace Suites was a new brand and client for EIS Hospitality when we first partnered with the owner and General Contractor to build this extended-stay hotel in the Chicago suburbs. We were contracted to engineer, manufacture, ship, and install millwork elements for this mid-tier hotel in the lobby's reception area, market space, and breakfast dining and serving space.

During the project submittal, EIS discovered an issue with the hardware that needed to be addressed quickly to avoid further disruption in the construction process. Presented with this challenge, the EIS team collaborated with local parties, the specified provider for the hardware, and Marriott brand representatives to refine hardware specifications, allowing for a smooth execution on the Schaumburg, Illinois, property and future Towneplace Suites by Marriott properties nationwide.
