New American Coffeehouse, Fuel America, serves small-batch craft coffees and fresh handmade eats.
EIS translated Fuel America's design, inspired by 19th and 20th-century factory buildings, into a scalable design package that could be mass crafted regionally and nationally across the United States. Various seating zones, such as the custom bar seating, community tables, and private meeting room lend options for patrons to choose their dining experience.
The custom wall graphics display vintage photography and original sketches of coffee brewing gear, created by EIS designers. Fuel America's retail zone was essential for displaying their craft coffees, snacks, and merchandise available for purchase.
After the launch of this Worcester, Massachusetts, location, EIS is the preferred Designer of Record for all future Fuel America locations, working closely with their architects and helping franchisees execute the approved design package in their stores.
