Ferguson

When Ferguson decided to enhance the customer experience by relocating their New York City showroom to a more accommodating location within the Manhattan A&D building, they reached out to EIS for assistance. Though we provided many displays showcasing their plumbing and lighting offerings, the transparent faucet walls mounted into some of the windows stood out.

This project had a unique scope in that EIS and Ferguson used an updated version of EIS displays, allowing Ferguson to show their bath faucet products in a vendor-specific format. In the past, displays were specific to product type (faucets, showering, accessories, etc.), where products from several vendors would be displayed together. Our team designed and fabricated display walls for the NYC showroom, allowing customers to shop by vendor more easily.

Considering the unique feature of the faucet walls mounted into windows, our team faced challenges. We had to ensure the design and engineering for the window displays would properly fit the windows, which were also undergoing construction. Working with architects and general contractors, we confirmed that the final displays would be compatible with the space, easily installed, and structurally sound.

This incredible new template will be used in all Ferguson showrooms!
