Ace + Tate

Through our relationship with a well-established architect, EIS General Contracting had the pleasure of working on this remodel for Ace & Tate, an Amsterdam-based eyewear brand.  

Our planners and project managers expertly led this project, executing several of our general contracting services. We tackled the deconstruction, plumbing relocation, and electrical work, including installing new lighting. For the flooring, we supplied and installed new carpeting and sanded and reoiled the parquet flooring. New drywall, doors, corrugated sheets, and vanity cabinets were sourced and installed. To finish this project, we completed the painting and cleaning to prepare it for opening day. 

This project was exciting for our team as it was our first retail project serving as the general contractor. We completed the project for Ace & Tate in just 17 days, from demolition to reopening.
