Marriot International hotel brands Aloft and Element were eloquently fused together in midtown Tampa, Florida, by EIS. COVID-19 didn't deter us from completing the project on time for Superbowl fans to connect at their favorite go-to Tampa Bay hotel. We prioritized a fast turnaround and elevated timelines to ensure a return on investment for our customers.
Each brand boasts unique extended stay and boutique features that required experienced engineering to make it all work. Our level of knowledge with both hotel brands individually allowed our customers to rely entirely on and consult with our rock-star team of specialists, making us the perfect fit for this dual-brand project.
The scope of work for this project was anything but cookie-cutter. Notable features include custom paneling and trim millwork solutions for the 7th-floor bar and a lavish chevron pattern with the millwork in the 7th-floor meeting room. In addition to the millwork, we also manufactured and installed countertops and cabinetry for this dual-brand property, minimizing room for error for the client by producing all elements in the same production facility.
