Q: Describe your role and responsibilities at EIS.
A: My job is to develop people, tools, and a culture within the Project Management and Customer Service Department that are solutions-oriented and client-focused.
Q: What do you find the most personally rewarding about working at EIS?
A: Building relationships and developing people. I am fortunate to be surrounded by talented people, and it’s exciting to discover connections that simultaneously create bonds, move our business forward, and instills trust by our clients.
Q: What’s your guilty pleasure?
A: Ice Cream. All varieties except for that ‘Superman’ flavor. The color weirds me out, and I don’t want to know what Superman tastes like - fumes from explosions, a dirty phone booth, and a waffle cone. No thank you. I’ll have the Neapolitan.
Q: What is your favorite smell?
A: My wife’s perfume. A close second is the smell of the inside cab of the tractors on the farm that I was raised on. It was a combination of dust, diesel, and my grandpa’s cigarettes. If I could combine that with my wife’s perfume, I would release a new fragrance called ‘Atractor’. The bottle would be shaped like a super-elegant Minneapolis-Moline tractor.
