Q: Describe your role and responsibilities at EIS.
A: My role is to manage the front end of the hospitality business, identifying the right potential partners at different levels and allocating EIS resources to growing these partnerships. More specifically, this includes aligning the Estimating and Sales Teams with the needs of hotel parent companies, developers, owners, purchasing agents, and the construction firm community, all while supporting our Project Management Team in delivering exceptional service.
Q: What do you find the most personally rewarding about working at EIS?
A: The culture and structure of EIS provide for a focus on serving particular market segments. In my case, that is the hospitality market. While there are sometimes overlaps with other segments, it is very rewarding to be able to become fully invested in understanding and attempting to solve the difficulties faced by a particular industry. In my opinion, we are all better at solving our customers’ problems when we are able to focus.
Q: What’s your jam?
A: Depends on timing. But I never turn off Little Wing (JH or SRV).
Q: Who would play you in the movie of your life?
A: Film too boring. Sorry.
